Root Camp runs outdoor fitness boot camps in Orange County for all age/skill levels using weights, kettlebells, Pilates, aquatics, foam rolls, biking, hiking, running and swimming.

While our sessions are conducted within a supportive group environment, they are nonetheless adapted to each individual.
