How Does It Work?

Root Camp consists of at least a five sessions per week. The weekly schedule includes Root Camps (aka fitness boot camps), ab workouts, Yoga sessions and stretch clinics held both online and in person at our Irvine location.

The program works in rounds consisting of six weeks. Typically, a year consists of 8 rounds.

As a Regular Plan member of Root Camp, you are entitled to attend as many as 30 sessions during a six-week round for about $2 each.
